ADAM & MIA will perform a special short set at the 2010 Lifeball in Vienna. Performing in the Stadtsenatssitzungssaal room presented by Club Sandwich, the legendary party organizers Marc Zaffuto and Emmanuel D'Orazio from Paris.

Vienna's annual LIFE BALL is Europe's largest and most spectacular charity event dedicated to raising support for the worldwide fight against HIV and AIDS. LIFE BALL reinvents the great Viennese Ball tradition with glamorous, outlandish performances and takes over Vienna's neo-Gothic CITY HALL for a truly gala event that has raised over 12 million euros in past editions. THE JACKIE FACTORY NYC is thrilled to announce the full bill for the 20th annual edition of the STEVIE NICKS spectacle NIGHT OF 1000 STEVIES. This year's moonlit, milestone edition was inspired by one of Stevie's most enduring and iconic songs, SISTERS OF THE MOON. Though Stevie has not performed this song much of late, it has remained a showpiece and staple of some of NOTS most thrilling performers past and present. The 2010 bill features Legends of Stevie Realness from all eras of the show, and honors them all, our Sisters (and Brothers) of the Moon. NIGHT OF 1000 STEVIES, New York City's legendary STEVIE NICKS homage, returns for its nineteenth annual edition on May 1 at THE HIGHLINE BALLROOM. NOTS 19: SONGS OF RHIANNON will be a May Day marathon of twirling and enchantment, produced by the JACKIE FACTORY NYC. This year's theme - and the centerpiece of the show - are the ten "SONGS OF RHIANNON" penned by STEVIE NICKS in her BUCKINGHAM NICKS days. Some are well loved and well known, like RHIANNON, PLANETS OF THE UNIVERSE, ANGEL and SORCERER, others only demos. In stage decor, visuals and costuming, NOTS 19 pays homage to the Celtic white witch RHIANNON - fitting for a date that is both MAY DAY and BELTANE.

Starr Space, a Brooklyn-based performance art venue founded by artist Jules de Balincourt, is pleased to announce the opening of SWEET THUNDER TALENT EXPO 2009, a four-hour event that will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2009. Organized by curator Joseph Whitt, the presentation will feature solo performances by: Fischerspooner, Andrew W.K., Gavin Russom, Lizzy Yoder, Phiiliip w/ Omega Jarden, International Fiction (Ford Wright and Nick Demopoulos), Alex Eiserloh’s "Kinda Like Monkeys", Angela Di Carlo, Smelling Salt Amusements (Heather Romney and Peter Redgrave), The Jewish (Jeff Jensen) Adam Dugas will serve as Master of Ceremonies, and a finale featuring the reunion of once-upon-a-time darlings of the Williamsburg underground, Sweet Thunder, will conclude the night!

A darkly elegant evening of gorgeous melodies with a theatrical flourish. Ann Magnuson and Adam Dugas face off on vocals as Alexander Rannie and Mia Theodoratus strum their harps in this twisted match game of musical one-upsmanship. The quartet thrusts and parries with a variety of tunes ranging from the ridiculous to the sublime: psychedelic calls to prayer, Henry Purcell's Baroque art songs, Kraftwerk, Buffy St. Marie, Lee Hazlewood and Pink Floyd as well as original songs by Magnuson and Dugas. New York art star–turned–L.A. Woman, Magnuson is also a prolific writer and actress of stage and screen (as well as the former lead singer of the band Bongwater.) Dashing underground cabaret impressario Adam Dugas was a founding member of the performance troupe The Citizens Band and frequently produces and performs at Deitch Projects in New York. Watch as Magnuson, with Los Angeles composer and artist Rannie, defends the home turf against east coast crooner Dugas and comely musician Theodoratus. There will be blood!
